For months, the DOJ & FBI have been fighting Congress over how it acquired the Trump dossier from Fusion GPS. Judicial Watch has been suing for relevant records to get to the truth. The DOJ & FBI refused to tell us whether or not the records existed, but they ended up handing them over to the House Intelligence Committee.
Additionally, the partial Fusion GPS transcript released by Senator Dianne Feinstein contains redacted names of the FBI agents involved with the Trump dossier. By all accounts, it looks like the Obama DOJ & FBI used it as justification to spy on the Trump team. This is just another example of the Deep State in action.
