While female leaders continue to break barriers and redefine success, the presence of men who rely on their leadership underscores the need for a more Biblical view and balanced approach to leadership that empowers the authentic Biblical roles Nehemiah counted on. In this post-Biblical age, a curious and poignant question lingers in the air: where are the men who once stood as pillars of faith and virtue? As society evolves, the search for these steadfast figures becomes a journey through the shifting sands of cultural reconfiguration. In a world where the lines between tradition and progress blur, a feminist-dominating ideology redefines manhood’s essence, muting the role of Biblical men. Today’s men navigate uncharted territories, striving to uphold timeless values while adapting to the ever-changing landscape of modernity. Their presence may not always be as overt or celebrated, but a few continue to shape the moral compass of our times, often in unexpected and profound ways. The storyline of men defaulting to women is a long-standing narrative about gender dynamics and decision-making. The story of Adam and Eve reveals the first weakness of a man who chooses a woman’s voice over that of God. However, today, that scenario is more commonplace than not. Adam's choice to listen to Eve rather than obey God's command had long-term consequences. This decision led to the fall of humanity, introducing sin and suffering into the world. As a result, humanity was expelled from the Garden of Eden, losing access to the idyllic and harmonious life they once enjoyed. This act of disobedience set a precedent for the human condition, characterized by the struggle between following divine guidance and yielding to earthly temptations of men hiding behind their women’s skirts. From that day forward, men defaulted to being led by a woman versus that of a masculine God and Savior. The results? Take a look at our culture today. WHERE ARE ALL THE MEN?A Biblical warrior embodies a unique blend of physical courage, unwavering faith, and moral integrity. These warriors are depicted as fiercely loyal to God, driven by a deep sense of duty and a commitment to uphold divine commandments. They exhibit qualities such as bravery, humility, and self-discipline, often placing the well-being of their loved ones above their own. Whether facing formidable enemies or enduring personal trials, Biblical warriors draw strength from the Life of Yeshua, trusting in God's guidance and protection. Their stories are powerful examples of how spiritual conviction can inspire extraordinary valor and resilience, highlighting the timeless virtues of honor and righteousness in the face of adversity. For over forty years, I have dedicated my life to training men to be Biblical men, grounded in faith, integrity, and unwavering moral principles. Through countless hours of mentorship, teaching, and leading by example, I have instilled in them the virtues of courage, humility, and devotion to God's Word. My journey has been one of perseverance and passion, guiding men to embrace their spiritual responsibilities and to stand as pillars of strength and righteousness within their corporate and church communities. The impact of this mission resonates through generations as these men war to uphold and propagate the timeless values that define true Biblical manhood. However, the statistics on men remaining Biblical men over a long period of time are disappointing—less than 10% remain steadfast and enduring. Most cave in when faced with choosing between a woman and their God.The prevalence of men succumbing to immorality and losing their leadership roles is a daunting reality in our culture today. In a society that often caters to male personal gratification and material success over ethical conduct, many men find themselves straying from the path of Biblical integrity. This moral decline can lead to broken relationships, shattered communities, and a loss of respect and authority. The erosion of moral and ethical male leadership leaves a void that impacts individual lives and the collective social fabric that once defined Biblical men. It must be noted that this is not women’s fault. The full responsibility falls on the shoulders of the men. Women Are PowerfulWomen are divinely crafted with immense strength and purpose, embodying a unique blend of nurturing grace and resilient power. According to Biblical doctrines, this God-given power is inherent and integral to the spiritual and personal growth of their husbands/men. When women invest their strength, wisdom, and unwavering faith in their husbands, they foster a partnership that thrives in mutual goals of advancing Yeshua. This powerful dynamic supports God’s design of male leadership and sets the journey toward success and righteousness in Yeshua (Jesus), enabling men to lead their families, communities, churches, and nations with integrity and spiritual devotion. In essence, the synergy between a woman's divine power and her husband's leadership creates a harmonious and spiritually enriched union, reflecting God's design for Biblical leadership. That said, you will never see this as the norm here on earth again until Yeshua returns for His 1,000-year reign. The power of the sin from the Garden has consumed the earth and all of its people. Don’t misunderstand me. Many men and women will return to the Biblical design, but sadly, it will be a choice few. THE POWER OF THE GREAT WHORE Revelation 17:5: "And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH." In the end, the Great Abomination (strong condemnation) is completely centered upon the female influence over men. The Bible tells us nations and men will drink from her cup of immorality. One of the leading methods is through the billion-dollar industry of pornography, sex trafficking, and drug addiction. The three most powerful killers of moral masculinity, as well as Biblical womanhood. Remember, Satan’s False Prophet is always referenced as a woman. Could our fading of Biblical men be related to Satan’s goal of supercharging his False Prophet? I say, “Yes.” Even in Nehemiah’s day and before, faithful men were hard to find.Proverbs 20:6: "Many a man proclaims his own steadfast love, but a faithful man who can find?" The same case was for finding a faithful woman.Proverbs 31:10-12: "A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life." The bottom line is this - both men and women have strayed from Biblical roles designed by God. Satan WILL make use of this idiom to advance passive men and aggressive women. Through his temporary success, it will be difficult, if not next to impossible, to raise men to rebuild the walls around Biblical masculinity. Sadly, this will usher in God’s greatest enemy’s False Prophet. Count on it. However, those of you who have spiritual ears to hear - when you hear the call of Nehemiah, pick up a brick and begin to rebuild the wall of the Biblical design of both men and women. After all, the enemy is approaching to take the city of God’s chosen people. Revelation 13:7: "It (the Antichrist/Beast) was given power to wage war against God's holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation." Don’t be one of them. Rise and take charge of who God designed you to be!
