Simply talking triggers wild coughing fits for Hillary Clinton, but apparently so does walking for the twice failed presidential candidate.
While walking the campus of Mansfield College in England, Clinton was touring with a group of women when she randomly burst into a coughing spell.
“Can I get some water?” Clinton asked as she walked by a camera.
Clinton coughed numerous times into her hand while walking, the same one she undoubtedly used to shake hands with other people on her tour.

Clinton’s coughing fit on Monday was hardly the first time she has lost it, which is another reminder that her health was concerning to many Americans during the 2016 presidential election.
During an interview earlier this year for The MAKERS Conference, the twice failed presidential candidate suffered an uncontrollable coughing spell while speaking during a live Twitter video.
“From Hollywood to politics to factory floors, everywhere women are telling the truth about their lives,” Clinton said. “And let’s make sure the world in never the same.”
“I pledge to continue to speak out. I pledge to… never give up …” Clinton said, coughing and hacking into her hand.
“I will do everything I can …” she tried again, taking several sips of water, which didn’t help.
Clinton attempted to play it off, but she could hardly speak given she had to repeatedly stop to hold back a cough.
“To keep my voice, number one – to advance the rights and opportunities of women,” she said with a raspy voice. “In the midst of this snowstorm … stay on the front-lines of democracy.”
Her coughing had gotten so bad that she continued to sip water and even popped a lozenge in her mouth in a failed attempt to quell the coughing fit.

Clinton hacked away several times during live interviews during the 2016 presidential election, and she always claimed to voters that her health was perfectly normal.
Aside from chronic coughing — and a bizarre fainting spell during a 9/11 memorial ceremony in 2016 — Clinton has been doing a slew of tours this year, where she has made several controversial comments.
Last month, Clinton ignited a firestorm online when she wore a “muumuu” to attack Trump.
Speaking at OzyFest in New York, Clinton insulted Americans, and said anyone who doesn’t believe Trump’s policies are hurting America isn’t “walking around with their eyes open.”
Last month, Clinton appeared to imply that newly appointed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh will lead America back to the days of slavery. Clinton said Kavanaugh being on the Supreme Court will return the country to 1850 — when the atrocities of slavery were taking place.
In March, she speculated that Americans only voted for Trump because they “didn’t like black people getting rights.”
Clinton, who is obviously still deeply upset about her embarrassing loss in the election, is saying whatever she can to remain relevant. But she just can’t seem to shake her chronic coughing.
Beyond her pettiness, it’s quite remarkable to see Clinton go from being a presidential candidate to suffering a disastrous coughing spell while trying to attack Trump, who is in the White House.
