One day soon...everything will change...and quicker and faster than any of us can imagine.....

1 Corinthians 15:51-52 King James Version (KJV)
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

So….how fast is the twinkling of an eye? Scientists tell us that we have a wink, and blink, and a twink. The twink is the amount of time that it takes light to enter the eye, reflect off the retina and be seen. With light traveling at 386,000 miles per hour, that means a twinkle is around 1/6 billionth of a second. That’s fast! In other words, you will not have time to make things right with the Lord when He comes! One moment we will be here…and the next moment we will be with Him!

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 King James Version (KJV)
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Corinthians 15:1-4King James Version (KJV)

15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

1 Corinthians 15:21-22King James Version (KJV)

21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

Romans 3:23King James Version (KJV)

23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Romans 6:23King James Version (KJV)

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 5:8King James Version (KJV)

8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 10:9-10King James Version (KJV)

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

1 Timothy 2:5King James Version (KJV)

5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Sample Salvation Prayer ( Mean With All of Your Heart):

Dear God,

I know i am a sinner. I know my sin deserves to be punished. I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for me and rose from the grave on the third day. I want to turn from my sin and trust Jesus Christ alone as my savior. Thank you for the forgiveness and everlasting life i can now have through faith in Jesus. In Jesus name, Amen
