CNN: Cuckolding Can Be ‘Positive'

The Left continues to take the culture to strange and unusual places. Over at CNN, they're touting a newfangled way for men to breathe life into stale marriages. If you find your matrimonial bliss lacking, all you need to do -- according to a study by David Ley, Justin Lehmiller, and Dan Savage -- is let your wife have sex with other men.

As noted in the study:

“Acting on cuckolding fantasies can be a largely positive experience for many couples, and hardly a sign of weakness."

Riiight.

The word "cuck," which describes a man who allows his wife to have intercourse with other men -- has come to denote a man who is weak. Gee, no kidding? Ley explains:

“This fantasy has been around as long as marriage and sexuality. But we’re hearing more and more about it these days, and more people are rejecting the social stigma against this fantasy."

So...Ley believes men want their wives to have sexual relations with others, but they're afraid of the social stigma of doing so??

Perhaps a look into the study is in order. The report is titled "The Psychology of Gay Men’s Cuckolding Fantasies."

Wait -- huh??

Yes, that's what it's called. The study centers around 580 “gay-identified men.” To CNN, it makes perfect sense that any findings would apply just the same to heterosexual couples. Given that there is apparently no difference, Ley concludes:

“Overall, our research found that for the most part, cuckolding tends to be a positive fantasy and behavior. It doesn’t appear to be evidence of disturbance, of an unhealthy relationship, or of disregard for one’s partner.”

You heard him, folks -- no sign whatsoever of an unhealthy relationship. Talking to CNN frequent contributor, psychotherapist Ian Kerner, Ley offers advice for straight couples wanting to put their marriages on the line based on the advice of 580 very gay men:

“For men and couples considering the issue of cuckolding, it’s important there be honesty, integrity, communication, mutuality and shared values. I’ve seen men who try to trick their wives into cuckolding them, and this never, ever ends up well.”

He has seen men try to trick their wives into having sex with other men? Or was it their gay partners? Either way, this is just one more example of the increasing relativism and insanity penetrating the culture, thanks to the Left. And thanks to CNN.
