Former First Lady Hillary Clinton was being interviewed at The Atlantic Festival and the conversation turned toward Brett Kavanaugh and the accusations that have delayed his confirmation into the Supreme Court. Clinton commented that his behavior during his hearing, where he gave a fired up testimony in defense of his entire body of work and flawless character, was “quite out of bounds.”
Clinton is seen in the video below making the comments about Kavanaugh.
“In this case, though, the performance, the behavior was quite out of bounds. I don’t ever remember anything like that,” Clinton said.
“There is such a thing that you seek in judges of a judicious temperament,” Clinton continued, “People who are able to discipline themselves to be open to the evidence wherever it might lead, to be fair to all the litigants who are appearing before them.”
She also declined to say if she believed Dr. Christine Blasey Ford “100 percent.”
Clinton’s comments about Kavanaugh come after he suggested the Democrats are pushing these allegations against him in retaliation for Donald Trump winning the 2016 presidential election during his testimony” as per the Daily Caller.
Kavanaugh’s demeanor and emotion during his hearing were heartfelt and gutwrenching. Americans watched a man who performed his duties for decades without a hint of controversy or criminal activity. Kavanaugh was fairly off the radar in terms of being a target for Democrats to attempt a character slaughtering. It wasn’t until President Donald Trump nominated Judge Brett Kavanaugh to take over the next seat on the Supreme Court that Democrats put their laser focus on preventing Trump’s move at any cost.
Once Kavanaugh was nominated to the Supreme Court, he then became the number one enemy of the Democratic Party. Trump pushing Kavanaugh towards the Supreme Court, a job where he can serve for decades, is a major power play for Republicans which is exactly why the Democrats are attempting to prevent Kavanaugh from being confirmed.
No matter who Trump nominated for the Supreme Court, they would’ve been targeted. Of course, unless Trump nominated a Democrat, but that wasn’t happening.
What’s extremely funny about Hillary’s comments about Kavanaugh’s behavior is that SHE had the nerve to call someone “out of bounds” when a good portion of her career in politics could be considered the same way.
Should we mention her husband and his “out of bounds” behavior in the White House? Where did he put a cigar? What did he do with interns?
What about Bill Clinton being “out of bounds” in this video?
He claimed that he didn’t have relations with Monica Lewinsky, had relations with Monica Lewinsky, was impeached, and remained in the White House.
What about Hillary and her 33,000 deleted emails scandal? Are her emails considered “out of bounds” as well?
It’s always funny when the pot calls the kettle black.
People who are often the most guilty are always quick to criticize others for what they’re likely guilty of themselves.
Here’s President Trump calling out Hillary Clinton for her 33,000 email scandal.
It’s safe to say that sometimes saying nothing is better, because once you open up about someone else, then you’re automatically open for criticism yourself.
In this case, Hillary surely shouldn’t be calling someone “out of bounds” for being angry that their entire life might be ruined over flimsy accusations thanks to Democrats trying to steal a seat on the Supreme Court.
How low will they go?
