Former Secretary of Defense and CIA director Leon Panetta was interrupted and heckled at the DNC when the audience shouted "no more war."
The heckling started when Panetta tried to talk about Hillary Clinton's ability to "defeat and destroy ISIS."
Panetta attempted to change course and talk about the Russians hacking the DNC email system, but the screaming and cheers continued.
