Media's Double Standard on Chelsea and Ivanka
Why isn't Chelsea hammered with questions about her dad's treatment of women like Ivanka?

It's no surprise to anyone paying attention that the mainstream media is biased towards Democratic candidates. It's demonstrated on a daily basis, much of which is covered here at TruthRevolt.
So, with that in mind… have you ever noticed that Chelsea Clinton isn't asked to comment on her father's treatment of women, unlike Ivanka Trump, who constantly faces those questions from CBS or The Atlantic?
While Donald Trump has had many wives and has admitted to being unfaithful in his relationships, Bill Clinton hasracked up decades of sexual abuse and rape allegations while being married to Hillary, and enjoyed sexcapades, even as president, in the Oval Office with a woman not his wife. Somehow the media is more interested in the former.
But when Chelsea is asked about her father's infidelities and treatment of women, and apparently only Cosmopolitan has, as The Washington Examiner noted, they do so passively:
"Donald Trump has called your dad an abuser of women, and your mom his enabler. What do you think of his attacks on your parents?”
So, the Trump family is doubly run over by the media bus and Chelsea's answer played right into the set-up:
"I find what Donald Trump — and many of the Republicans, because it’s not only Mr. Trump — say about Americans far more troubling than what he says about my parents."
Perfect set-up to criticize Trump, perfect answer to criticize Trump/Republicans. Game, set, match.
Cut to Wednesday, when Chelsea herself challenged Ivanka, a long-time friend, to once again defend her dad's treatment of women. Glamour magazine asked the Clinton daughter to pose one question to her friend. That question, she said, would be how would Trump would ensure equal pay and equal work for women as he promised in his RNC speech.
"Given it's not something that he has spoken about, there are no policies on any of those fronts that you just mentioned on his website -- not last week, not this week," Chelsea said. "So it really matters to me that my mom in this election consistently has told you how she is going to do everything. Whether that's on gun control or protecting a woman's right to choose or any of the things we've talked about. She also tells you how she's going to pay for it."
It sounds like Chelsea inherited the patented Clinton Teflon® coating and deflection skills.
