Earlier in the week after SCOTUS made another ruling in favor of abortion, nationally-syndicated radio host Mark Levin declared that the country's highest court has grown "obsessed with constitutionalizing the most brutal kind of murder."
Rebuking those who dare to say Supreme Court decisions represent the "law of the land," Levin reminded his audience of the many wicked decisions handed down by the Justices, with Roe v. Wade as the final coup de grace:
"The same Supreme Court that ruled in the Dred Scott’s case, upholding slavery, the same Supreme Court that ruled the internment of Japanese Americans and of Americans of Japanese descent is constitutional, the same Supreme Court that initially ruled separate but equal is equal in the Plessy case in 1896, overturned by Brown v. Board of Education. The same Supreme Court is obsessed with constitutionalizing the most brutal kind of murder."
Levin then accused SCOTUS of perpetuating the likelihood of another vicious Kermit Gosnell, saying the Texas law was trying to prevent "another slaughterhouse!"
"But just so you know, another bad day in the Supreme Court is another bad day for America," Levin concluded. "We wouldn’t do this to a puppy, to a kitten, to a calf, but we do it to ourselves."
