 that has been publicizing Hamas
messages

Early this morning, the Israeli army closed Radio Sanabel , an independent Palestinian
radio station in Hebron, due to its incitement.
Although the Israeli army did not
specify the nature of the incitement, Palestinian Media Watch has examined the Radio Sanabel Facebook
page which is still functioning and found the following:Sanabel
recently posted on its Facebook page a threat by Hamas, including a picture of
two masked Hamas terrorists, who issued the following warning to Israelis:

"Al-Qassam Brigades (i.e., Hamas' military wing)
Spokesman Abu Ubeida: 'We warn the enemy against continuing its tyrannical steps
against our captives. It should know that its captives with us will receive the
same treatment that our captives receive in its prisons.'"

Sanabel,
independent Palestinian station, Aug.
21, 2016]A few days before, Radio Sanabel publicized another Hamas
warning, implying that it will be kidnapping and holding Israelis as
prisoners:

The picture shows Hamas terrorists unveiling a
makeshift prison, with Hebrew signs on it and an image of a Hamas terrorist,
accompanied by the Arabic text: "The Shadow Unit."

Text on the central sign on the prison in
Hebrew: "Prison 4 for enemy prisoners"
Text on the right door in
Hebrew: "Cell 1"
Text on the left door in Hebrew:
"Cell 2"

 Another post on Radio
Sanabel's Facebook page again shows their support for Hamas. It is a picture of
weapons, ammunition, ammunition magazines, grenades, and military combat vests
on the floor, with the following text:

"#A picture of the weapons that the Palestinian
[PA] Security Forces seized during the campaign that they waged against wanted
'outlaws' in the old city of Nablus"

A further indication of Sanabel Radio's support for Hamas is the radio
station's putting the word "outlaws" in quotation marks. Sanabel's
Facebook page also posted an interview with the deputy mayor of the city of Dura
as part of their campaign to help rebuild the houses of two terrorists who
murdered Israelis. One murdered two Israelis in Tel Aviv, Rabbi Aharon Yesayev,
32, and Reuven Aviram, 51, and the other recently participated in the murder of
Rabbi Michael Mark in a drive by shooting. The deputy mayor said the terrorists
"are the driving force of the homeland."

Deputy Head of the Dura Municipality
Hamed Al-Nammourah: "We are carrying out our obligations towards them
(i.e., the families of jailed terrorists Raed Masalmeh and Muhammad Bresh), as
they have sacrificed their sons, and their sons marched at the head of the row
of the Palestinian national struggle activity. They acted on their [own]
initiative as a result of self-education that we are all proud of; they are the
driving force of the homeland in general and of the city of Dura in particular."

Finally the radio station claims that it is still broadcasting. In an
announcement it released earlier today they claimed:

"Radio Sanabel 90.1 FM-
Its voice continues to be heard there in the
Negev and in Ashkelon, the land of rage, and in the halls of Tel Mond and in
Be'er Sheva and Rimon, the voice that arises from The Guard of the South - Dura
- and still continues to resonate
#With_you_all_the_way
Liberty to Sanabel and its staff"

independent Palestinian station, Aug. 31, 2016]Note that the
cities mentioned by Sanabel Radio are all Israeli cities.
