The words of today's verse are somewhat puzzling. We understand what it
means to be strong for a person, but for a city? In the current political
climate, we can interpret these prophetic words all too easily. The growing
support for the BDS (boycott, divestment and sanctions) movement is a
frightening attack against our precious Israeli cities whose livelihoods depend
on their economic viability. We must stand strong for our cities, because BDS
is an attack against all of Israel. Please sign YES to your support of Israel
and its right to protect its cities. Your signature will be presented to the
Mayor of Ariel, the capital of Samaria, and will show your strong support for
the Jewish State.
